Gooooood Morning! Working out this morning…..ehhh not gonna happen. Working out later…..ehhh possible… more than likely. After yesterday’s CrorssFit Foundations class, 6-7 mile excursion all over the city, waiting on 3 different bus rides, carrying 3 heavy heavy bags for 2 hours, etc, etc, etc….I am a little tired this morning and decided to pass on the workout....
