I pulled/strained/maybe tore my left achilles two weeks ago while barefoot running throughout the city. I still haven’t been to the orthopedic surgeon, but only because I have been so many times I feel like I know what they will tell me. My doctor would let me know I should lay off running for a while, ice everyday, no more heels for a couple weeks, etc… So I have done all of those things for the past two weeks as well as Bikram Yoga almost everyday. My achilles feels so much better and I owe that to patience and Bikram. Thank you Bikram!
